The Physician Lookup Tool was written for a client to help data stewards with their Master Data Management (MDM). There were 10+ versions of the application written over 15 years. A batch Trillium process was run weekly for address standardization.

Version 1 of tool was written using Active Server Pages (ASP) with an Oracle back end. Later versions were written in .NET and PHP.
